We do not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased through www.elitewholesale.jimdo.com directly. All requests for returns or exchanges for products purchased at an authorized Elite Wholesale partner should be returned directly to the location purchased. We understand that sometimes products do not meet specific expectations, therefore, we've developed simple return policies, please review our policies below.

 

        We stand behind our products with a 100% money-back guarantee and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the purchase date. You may return any unused(the outer plastic has not been removed) product that purchased within 30 days of the initial purchase date, after we've received your return item(s), you will receive a full refund credited back to your original payment method, or store credit which of your choice. 

 

         Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return was a result of damage or error. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. All parts, printed materials, promotional items, gifts with purchase, and any original product packaging must be returned. We reserve the right to deny any return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with the original packaging.

 

      We make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition. Please inspect your order upon reception, If your product(s) received is defective and would like to be returned, please contact us immediately. All customers should contact us before returning any item(s), we will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

Photos of the packaging envelope or box

The item's name and model number

Photos or screenshots of the defective item

Description of the defect or defective area

 

 

Return Instructions:

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, the buyer must return the item in the same condition as it was received with all packaging, accessories, etc.

The returned item must be in the same condition as when it shipped and must be in the original packaging.

          There are 2 options for returns or exchanges of your product(s):

 

E-RETURN - We will create a Return Label and send it to you via email, all you need to do is use the label and return the product(s) back to us. We will deduct a $5 Processing Fee from the refund/store credit for the return shipping.

 

Return by yourself - If you prefer to return the item(s) using your own label/method, send it to the address below with no return fee deducted.

Refund:

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless at manufactory defect). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

A 20% -50% restocking fee may apply.
