Order Processing:
- Please allow 1-2 business days for the order(s) to be processed and shipped. Order(s) with express shipping methods are placed in priority and will be shipped the same day if the order(s) are submitted before 11 Am CST. We cannot guarantee weekend delivery. To estimate the delivery time frame, please use the delivery window of Monday – Friday.
- For international shipping, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import and local taxes, please verify your customs office before checkout.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We will only ship USPS confirmed addresses. We are not responsible for any loss of mail due to an incorrect address. Any refused/undeliverable package return due to incorrect shipping information will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
